Accompanying persons are spouses or significant others only (eg. fiancé, children, etc.).

Associates within the industry should register under the Delegate or Student category and not allowed to attend sessions.

Onsite and virtual attendance conversions are possible after cancellation of existing registration. You can change participation type until March 31, 2021 (18:00 KST) without cancellation fee.

  • Click the ‘Cancel’ button. (It takes about 2-3 days to complete the cancellation request.)
  • Complete your new registration with full payment
    *If you changed your participation type of on-site or virtual, please check the registration fee change and contact the secretariat for any inquiries. (reg@icdmfr.org)
  • We will refund the previous registration fee after the new registration fee deposit is completed. (ex. change the participation type, change payment method)
    **Refunds for the cancellation of registration will proceed after the congress.

Payment Method
Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.
Credit Card
- Participants can pay the registration fee by a credit card.
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registration.
Wire Transfer
- Wire Transfer is highly recommended.
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
