Nowadays artificial intelligence (AI) and the ability of machines to learn from experience and perform tasks once only done by humans have become a reality. Facial recognition, autopilot, imaging analysis and other AI technology have all possibilities to enrich and improve human lives.
Benefiting from the recent advances in AI and machine learning, our research group has investigated the potential of deep convolutional neural networks and other machine learning model in oral and maxillofacial imaging. This presentation will share our pilot study on trabecular bone analysis in patients with osteoporosis.
